Bumped up the RAM

I’d been meaning to bump up the RAM of my PC to 1 Gigabyte once prices dropped and then clean forgotten about it. Well, it just happened on Saturday the 5th. Initially, when I checked, the speed showed up as 166MHz while I was sure I’d bought 333MHz. Apparently AMD motherboards display the speed as half of what it’s actually running at. I can’t for the life of me figure out why.
